We have a love hate relationship with objectives objectives. We love you, because you such a great idea and are a great way to reach us motivate and then to evaluate our progress. but we hate you, because for much of the time you go unrivaled and simply to frustrate us. This isn’t isn’t what goals should do!
After for many years now, I want to beat some simple and practical technical on how you can set targets a life coach reach! After all, what is good a target, if it is not something you can reach?
• Life coach Tip No. 1 you have to want to!
Position you not to put the effort objectives for things, really want. For example: If your partner says you want to stop smoking or lose weight, but you don’t want, why even bother set this target. If not something you want your goal (s) personally to achieve, and they are not relevant for you, you are not to gelingen-because deep down you really don’t want to.
State your goals in a positive way – a goal should always something you want or Exchange. Not the things you should think you or someone else.
Ask yourself always on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 fully committed and 1 zero obligation. How committed are you to reach your goal? If it is less than 8, recommends rethinking goal.
• Life coach Tip No. 2 – focus start small. Select two or three areas you want to work. Too many people say to yourself, “I want to do this and this and this” and achieve nothing land! Most of what you, can do in the day to be done without much intellectual effort, the aim is not Exchange is not one of them. So try to keep your focus on a few things. In this way, you can get success in your identified areas. Here are some aspects of your life might be like think: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and relationships. • Life coach Tip No. 4 – make it manageable instead of saying, “I’ll get my 20 smoking habit day off straight stop” changes to: “I will be on more than 15 per day for a week, then 10 of next week smoke no and so on.” Treat small victories a little at a time. It is much easier to meet too many smaller goals that, immediately make a wide target rather than to try for the wide gate!
• Life coach Tip No. 5 – reward you on the way, if you lose 10 pounds by October 1 St, go and get wide mocha with cream of Costa’s (only one though!), then back to your destination for November 1 St this resets a little fun in the process of self discipline and self-control. Rejoice, and enjoy the rewards and if tough tough comes, you say things like: “Two weeks to go, and just two pounds” to lose etc – I can do it, then I can enjoy my Mocha fault free!
• Life coach Tip No. 6 – specific with your schedule will not only say, “I will lose 10 pounds.” Say “I’m going to lose 10 pounds by December 1st.” This way, if you tried in Thornton’s chocolates in November – disguised as start buying early Christmas present for other people, you can say that “no way only 5 to go more pounds in three weeks and I will not order it now blow.”
• Life coach Tip No. 7 – post it where you see it you keep your goal on the front of your mind at all times. Instead of allowing himself to forget that you are trying to lose weight by ordering a large disc cheesecake, helps you something a little on the lighter side, but at the same time keep on track – having your cake and choose your Visual memory food! • Life coach Tip No. 10 – you succeeded – reward yourself!
This can be anything – large or small. When you allow the fifty pounds, really plan to go and buy yourself, that you size 12 dress always longed for- and then wear it with pride.
Do business with a partner or friend if you achieve your goals, take you out for a meal that gold and indulge.
Whatever it is you plan, make pleasant and desirable it personal, you, so that you will enjoy it.
Don’t miss to do so, the hand – it is one of the most important bit. It will help keep you motivated if you are struggling and give you something pleasant to aspire.
Make sure that you are going to reward for all your hard work!
